At Hello Black Child, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
